Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a CT/X-Ray Dual Registered Technologist to perform Radiology and CT/X-Ray exams per protocol. The role requires accurate patient positioning, immobilization, and strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines to ensure high-quality images.

Under supervision, you will support imaging across hospital departments, maintain licensure (ARRT) and SC standards, and complete BLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• Work Experience: 2 years
• Graduate of an AMA approved school or training program, a 24-month approved School of Radiologic Technology, or other approved training (i.e.military), AND be registered by the ARRT and licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiology and CT/X-Ray examinations per established protocols.
• Position patients accurately and immobilize as required for imaging.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and hospital policies to minimize exposures.
