Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist for CT and X‑Ray in Lake Geneva, WI. Qualifications

• ARRT radiography certification required.
• ARRT CT certification required.
• WI-DSPS radiographer license active required.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray exams and ensure image quality.
• Operate imaging equipment and accessories.
• Correlate patient history with procedures for radiologist review.
• Provide patient instruction and ensure procedural accuracy and safety.
• Assist with clinical leadership, projects, and continuous improvement.
