Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Multi-Modality CT/X-Ray Technologist to join its Radiology team in Owosso, MI. You will perform CT and General X-Ray for inpatients, outpatients, and ED patients, upholding high image quality and radiation safety.

The ideal candidate has hospital-based CT and radiology experience, ARRT certifications, and strong patient care skills to support physicians and the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CT and X-ray experience in a hospital or ED setting.
• Strong patient care skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Knowledge of CT and diagnostic radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general X-ray examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures.
• Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and post-processing equipment.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards.
• Obtain patient histories and verify patient identification before procedures.
• Assist radiologists during imaging procedures when required.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare staff to provide excellent patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Education

Associate Degree or two-year Allied Health Degree

ARRT (R) Radiography Certification

Advanced ARRT (CT) Certification
