Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a dual modality Radiology Technologist (CT/X-ray) with 2+ years of experience and ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification. The role requires active VA licensure if applicable, AHA BLS, and strong IV skills.

EPIC EMR and Fuji/Visage PACS experience are preferred. Expected responsibilities include performing CT and X-ray studies, managing a moderate caseload, and providing on-call coverage as needed at a single healthplex location with floor-specific orientation and a uniform

Qualifications

• Active VA license required if applicable
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Strong IV skills required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Fuji PACS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform CT studies including head, abdomen, pelvic, angio, and extremities
• Perform X-ray studies including portable chest and routine exams
• Average caseload of 0-15 studies per day, occasionally up to 22
• Uses EPIC EMR and Fuji or Visage PACS
• GE CT unit and Philips X-ray units
• Covers CT and X-ray at a single healthplex location
• Backup on-call required one weekend per month with 45-minute response time
• Fill-in coverage for open shifts as needed
• Coverage required for 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• Floor-specific orientation provided
• Black scrub color required
• No 24/7 on-site pharmacy support
