Job Description:

We are seeking Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists in Massage Therapy and Esthetics. This role is ideal for candidates aiming to make a significant impact in a top-tier organization. The Equinox Spa offers world-class amenities and innovative treatments like hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform massage treatments in a professional, comfortable setting
• Prioritize member satisfaction
• Deliver 25, 50, and 80-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish)
• Clean treatment rooms after each session and shift

Esthetician Responsibilities:

• Perform facials and body treatments professionally
• Focus on member satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification
• Valid Esthetician license
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Training in facial and body waxing
• Willing to develop within our organization while enhancing skills
• Full-time availability (part-time possible)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Cross-training in services like Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, etc., highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive energy and team-oriented personality
• Computer literacy
