Qualifications

• Current massage therapy licensure in good standing.
• Professional training in massage therapy with hands-on experience.
• Current esthetician license or certification as required by state and local regulations.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, and facial treatment protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide warm, attentive, guest-focused service.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and the ability to adapt techniques to individual needs.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to maintain physical stamina and perform services in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistent service quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage services tailored to each guest’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Conduct thorough pre-service consultations to assess guest concerns, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and private treatment environment that reflects a premium guest experience.
• Apply a strong understanding of anatomy, technique, and therapeutic best practices in every session.
• Provide a range of esthetic services based on guest needs and service offerings, including facials, skin analysis, and related treatments.
• Deliver a welcoming, attentive, and professional experience from consultation through service completion.
• Assess guest skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and home‑care guidance within scope of practice.
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.
• Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures in accordance with spa and regulatory standards.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Document services appropriately and communicate professionally with spa and hospitality team members.
• Promote additional wellness offerings and support guest engagement in a thoughtful, service‑oriented manner.
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
