Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Omaha, NE is seeking a dually licensed BCBA and mental health practitioner to provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy for kids and teens.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families, schools, and community partners. The clinic emphasizes supervision, professional development, and opportunities to pursue specialty certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Nebraska license (LMFT, LADC, LPCC, LIMHP, LMHP, LICSW and LBA).
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behaviorally-focused therapy to kids and teens
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations
• Approximately 20 sessions per week for provisionally licensed and 24 per week for fully licensed
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
