Job summary

Erickson Foundation Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Master Electrician to lead residential and commercial electrical projects, including installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. Must be licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

You will mentor apprentices and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics, coordinate with teams, and maintain thorough documentation is essential for timely, compliant project

Qualifications

• Active Master Electrician licenses in NH and MA.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Proven residential electrical experience
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics
• Experience with sump pumps, drainage systems, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components for residential and commercial projects.
• Read schematics, plans, and equipment documentation.
• Maintain safety and code compliance.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to align with project schedules.
• Provide guidance to apprentices and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
