Contractor Nation in Hudson, NH is seeking a Licensed Master Electrician to lead residential and commercial electrical projects, including installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. The ideal candidate will be licensed in NH and MA and committed to safety, quality, and customer service.

You will oversee apprentices, read blueprints, ensure code compliance, coordinate with service teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Master Electrician in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
• Proven residential electrical experience; construction, remodeling, or home-services background is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of sump pumps, drainage systems, battery backup systems, alarms, and related equipment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes, with adherence to permitting requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components for residential and commercial projects.
• Run wiring, connect circuits, ensure proper grounding and code compliance.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform high-quality repairs for safe operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to align with project schedules.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Provide leadership to apprentices and team members, ensuring safe completion of work.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide clear explanations of work.
