    • Implement the district’s Multi-tiered System of Supports to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of multilingual students.
    Classroom Environment
    • Create a conducive learning environment appropriate for students' physical, social, and emotional development.
    • Establish routines and procedures that support positive learning experiences.
    • Implement restorative practices to foster a positive classroom climate and address conflicts constructively.
    Assessment and Evaluation
    • Use assessment data and second language acquisition knowledge to plan instruction and monitor progress.
    • Conduct formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
    • Maintain certification to administer WIDA assessments for multilingual student placement.
    Communication and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure program success.
