• State certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dual Language Model: open an elementary bilingual program in Aug 2027, teaching in Spanish and English.
• Plan intentionally for language opportunities, embracing all scholars as language learners.
• Establish a warm, structured culture with consistent routines and high expectations.
• Deliver rigorous instructional content and use data to strengthen mastery.
• Collaborate with a team, engage families, and participate in coaching and evaluations.
• Uphold THA’s mission to ensure scholars go to and graduate from college.
