Tulsa Honor Academy is seeking a full-time K-12 teacher for the 2027-2028 school year. You will teach in a dual language model with emphasis on biliteracy in Spanish and English, planning intentionally for language development and rigorous content.

You will foster an inclusive classroom, implement THA's core commitments, participate in ongoing feedback cycles, and collaborate with a dedicated THA team to prepare scholars for college.

Qualifications

• Belief that all scholars can go to and graduate from college.
• Willingness to work hard with a growth mindset.
• Commitment to structure and school-wide systems.
• Proactive communication with scholars, families and staff.
• Prior teaching experience in K-12 settings preferred.
