Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Massachusetts teaching certification in math 6-8 is required.
• SEI endorsement required within 1 year of start date.
• Urban/public school or charter school experience preferred.
• Dual certification is a plus; second language skills a plus.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach math 4 periods daily using differentiated instruction.
• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to district curriculum and student needs.
• Use student data to inform instruction and plan interventions.
• Collaborate with ESL, SPED and grade-level teams to support all learners.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and high expectations for all students.
