Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate in Bilingual Education for the assigned grade.
• Experience working with students in bilingual/dual language immersion environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons for daily instruction in English and Spanish aligned to state standards.
• Deliver standards-based instruction in a bilingual program.
• Assess student progress and report outcomes to families and administrators.
• Maintain an orderly classroom and manage behavior effectively.
• Collaborate with peers, administrators, and families to support Dual Language Two-Way Immersion goals.
