The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a Dual Housekeeping Manager! This property is owned and operated by NCG Hospitality.

The Home2 Suites and Tru is currently under construction and will be opening late fall. NCG Hospitality is a leader in the ownership, development, and operations of premier hospitality properties, recently winning 2024 Top Work Place AZ Central award.

Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

How do I make an impact on my team?

Our high-spirited Dual Housekeeping Manager enjoys overseeing all housekeeping operations of the property in order to ensure that our guests receive clean and comfortable accommodations each and every stay.

  • Manage housekeeping, laundry and public area staff and daily operations
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness throughout the entire property
  • Ensure compliance of health and safety standards
  • Develop a quality team through selection, training, development and coaching techniques and skills
  • Create and maintain weekly schedules for staff
  • Control all related department costs – payroll and inventories
  • Perform all housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas as needed

  • Two or more years of housekeeping and management experience
