What You'll Do * The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments * Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction * Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained * Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc. What You'll Bring * A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude * An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders * Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail * The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation * Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results * Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
