Job summary

Covenant Aviation Security, LLC seeks a Dual Function Security Screener to support security ops at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The role may be assigned as Security Supervisor or Security Screener to meet operational needs.

Supervisors provide frontline leadership, while Screeners perform access control, inspections, and patrols. Starting hourly rates are $18.47 for Screener duties and $22.57 for Supervisor duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver License and meet CAS MVR standards.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all airport-required badges, clearances, and credentials.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work variable schedules including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline supervision and support to security personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with procedures and company policies.
• Conduct routine post inspections and performance checks to ensure security responsibilities are performed safely and professionally.
• Respond to security incidents and incidents and escalate as required to site management.
• Coordinate staffing adjustments to maintain required post coverage and support operational needs.
• Maintain logs, DARs, incident reports and other required records.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service when interacting with airport staff and passengers.
