Description

Our team is looking to add an upbeat Dual Front Desk Agent at the Fairfield Inn & Staybridge Suites Austin to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of contact for guests and vendors. Success in this role requires professionalism, courtesy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling.

Requirements
  • Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
  • Process payments according to hotel standards
  • Assist guests and vendors with information and support
  • Prepare reports during each shift for management
Qualifications
