Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Phoenix to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and public areas teams. The role offers a path to growth with mentorship and a culture built on Growth, Fun, Trust and Responsibility.

The position requires 1+ year of supervisory housekeeping experience, 2+ years preferred, and availability 5 days per week including weekends. Competitive hourly pay and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus accompany benefits and growth opportunities.

• Must be available to work 5 days a week including weekends
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment
• Performs daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to team and entering room status in the computer system
• Promptly reports room status and maintenance issues
• Assists in daily room inspection program
• Ability to perform all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas
