Centene Corporation is seeking a Medicare engagement professional to manage dual-eligible member panels, drive onboarding and ongoing engagement, and coordinate with partners. The role requires travel, occasional weekends, and alignment with CMS regulations to enhance access and outcomes.
Experience in Medicare sales or related member engagement is highly preferred, with strong communication and community outreach skills to support education and enrollment efforts within the greater Philadelphia
Position Purpose: Manage an assigned panel of unaligned dual-eligible Medicare beneficiaries and serve as the primary engagement owner responsible for driving conversion, onboarding, early member retention, and ongoing engagement. Serves as a dual-eligible subject matter expert, coordinating with internal and external partners to improve member alignment, engagement, quality outcomes, and retention.
Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
Candidate must reside in the greater Philadelphia or Pittsburg area.
Candidate will need to be ok with travel and working some weekends.
Experience with Medicare sales is highly preferred.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent required 2+ years experience in Medicare, Medicaid, dual-eligible populations, member engagement, sales, community relations, or care coordination required. Experience working with underserved or dual-eligible populations preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
