Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking an Area Director of Sales for our San Jose area hotels. The role focuses on growing relationships with key clients and driving topline revenues across rooms, F&B, and catering, with quarterly bonuses and a strong onboarding experience.

You will strategize and implement quarterly sales plans, partner with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operations teams to forecast and budget revenue and expenses, and lead cross-functional efforts to close business

Qualifications

• 3+ years hotel sales experience with major brands or 3+ years non-hotel sales leadership.
• Ability to learn systems technology.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
• Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
• Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
• Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
• Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.
• Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.
• Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business.

Area Director of Sales

Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00

As an Area Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. In other words, you get paid to make relationships!

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience.
• Ability to learn systems technology.

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.

Systems Proficiency: Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
