Job summary

Wellbrook Recovery in Ohio seeks a Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic and educational group sessions for men in a residential addiction recovery program with dual-diagnosis focus.

You will integrate evidence-based modalities, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and work with the clinical team to support treatment goals, progress notes, and program coordination.

This role requires strong clinical awareness, excellent communication, and dedication to long-term wellness and recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with addiction recovery and dual-diagnosis populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to integrate multiple therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to document clinical work accurately and timely.
• Strong group facilitation and engagement skills.
• Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries and build trust.
• Proficiency in collaborating within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group sessions on relapse prevention, coping skills, mindfulness, and healthy relationships.
• Address dual-diagnosis intersections in group settings.
• Apply MI, CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed psychoeducation, and experiential approaches.
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive group environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to reinforce treatment goals and adjust content.
• Maintain group notes, attendance, and clinical observations.
