Qualifikationen

• Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland.
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland.
• 1–2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support residents in daily living activities and care.
• Administer medications as prescribed in collaboration with clinical team.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on resident preferences and routines.
• Assist residents with activities and programs and provide companionship.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Coordinate with the care team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
