Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking staff certified as GNA/CNA-I and CMT to support residents with daily living activities and personalized care within a continuing care retirement community in Maryland. You will assist with daily living tasks, medication administration, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure timely resident care.

Qualifications

• Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland.
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland.
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care needs.
• Provide person-centered care tailored to resident preferences and routines.
• Support residents physically, emotionally, spiritually, and clinically.
• Assist with resident activities and programs under clinical guidance.
• Administer medications to residents in collaboration with the clinical team.
