Job summary

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a DTS System Support Specialist to support Army INSCOM G8 EPRMSS. This role requires U.S. citizenship, a finance/management background, and at least 2 years of DTS experience.

Responsibilities include processing DTS transactions, funding documentation, vouchers validation, and training. Travel and LDTA support are part of the duties, with a focus on compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 2+ years DTS experience.
• Familiar with JTR, FMR, and GTCC regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support.

• Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) and maintain travel expenditures.
• Plan, coordinate and provide DTS training.

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a DTS System Support Specialist in support of Army INSCOM G8 Enhanced Programming and Resource Management Support Services (EPRMSS).

Duties/Responsibilities

• Review DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance.
• Provide support as required for immediate assistance
• Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support
• Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding to Lines of Accounting in DTS
• Review and process Incoming DTS Authorizations/Vouchers and submit to Government personnel for validation
• Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA)
• Maintain Accounting of Travel Expenditures
• Conduct reviews of Travel Vouchers
• Process newly assigned/departing personnel in GTC program, process GTC credit applications, and create/modify user profiles within Citi Direct
• Ensure that approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in GTC account maintenance, and provide desk-side, email, and phone technical assistance with GTC related issues
• Prepare monthly reports
• Plan, coordinate and provide DTS training

Required Skills/Abilities

• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum two (2) years DTS experience.
• Experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial management Regulations (FMR), Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) Regulations.
• U.S Citizenship required

The salary range offered is an estimate made in good faith, intended to encompass various experience levels.
