Job summary

New Directions Technologies Inc. seeks a qualified Systems Engineer for the DTP-N program supporting F/A-18 and EA-18G platforms. The role requires requirements analysis, system integration, and participation in IPT activities to coordinate with the Program Office and NAVAIR.

The incumbent will maintain documentation, lead design reviews, and provide technical guidance on system integration challenges across the lifecycle, including interactions with fleet operators and sponsors.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required due to sensitive customer requirements.
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience.
Secret security clearance; Top-Secret/SCI eligible.
Experience in integration, software engineering, program services, design and fabrication.

Responsibilities

Perform system integration activities across the F18 block upgrade life cycle.
Interface with IPT, Program Office, NAVAIR, Boeing and others on weapons integration.
Attend milestone and technical interchange meetings as required.
Develop detailed procedures and data packages for milestones and tests.
Lead reviews of requirements, specs, interfaces, and studies.
Provide engineering analysis, recommendations, and solutions for complex challenges.
