We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team to help provide the best experience for our customers in our DTLR stores.

Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, managing expenses and inventory, training staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality and performance of store staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve store goals and standards.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing store personnel.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Help manage expenses and develop strategies to meet budget goals.
  • Monitor store operations for shrink and loss prevention.
  • Maintain safety and operational standards.
  • Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Uphold customer service standards to ensure a friendly environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work hours are up to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
