Inside the Role
Daimler Truck Financial Services U.S.A. LLC seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic leadership team. As the COO, you will act as a critical change maker for the CEO, taking charge of overseeing and improving day-to-day operations across the North American market (USA, Canada, Mexico). You will play a key role in developing and implementing operational strategies, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, and evaluating operational results to ensure continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for guiding our North American Serviced Center, IT strategy and operations, lean management initiatives, and project management efforts to implement key strategic business objectives.Posting Information
