Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer and supplier in the field of custom textile printing, based in the United States. The role focuses on timely and qualitative order fulfillment and requires organizing orders, updating templates in Illustrator, and maintaining production accuracy.

You will operate printing equipment, coordinate materials, and work across departments to ensure quality results while adapting to a fast-paced setting and shifts that may include overtime.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates direct to film equipment according to specifications listed on orders; matches customer orders to materials.
• Organizes orders daily into top priorities.
• Updates templates using Adobe Illustrator with names, dates, and colors according to notes on orders.
• Runs, adjusts, and troubleshoots production equipment and machinery.
• Be a team player by assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and significant concerns.
