Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet most of the shift.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate direct to film equipment according to specifications listed on orders and match orders to materials.
• Ensure production follows policies and quality standards and document accurately.
• Organize orders daily into top priorities and update templates with notes on colors and dates.
• Collaborate with teammates and assist others as needed to meet production targets.
• Identify problems and communicate concerns to management.
