You will collaborate with design and production teams, perform routine maintenance, manage materials, and document settings to ensure consistent output. Background checks may be required due to equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with high accuracy in artwork and prints.
• Technical proficiency with DTF printers and RIP software.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate DTF printers; monitor print runs for accuracy and color consistency.
• Prepare artwork files, color-match, and print-ready formats using RIP software and graphic tools.
• Inspect prints for alignment, color accuracy, and quality; correct errors as needed.
• Perform daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep printers running smoothly.
• Load materials and manage transfer films and inks; notify when supplies need replenishment.
• Coordinate workflow with designers, production, and finishing teams to ensure efficiency.
• Document print settings and color profiles for future reference and quality consistency.
