Job summary

Champro is seeking a Digital Printer Operator to manage the end-to-end printing process, from preparing artwork to operating DTF printers and performing routine maintenance. You will work closely with design and production teams to ensure timely, accurate, and visually high-quality results.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with RIP software and design tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DTF printers and RIP software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in artwork and prints.
• Proficiency with design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
• Ability to manage multiple print jobs and meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate DTF printers; monitor print runs for quality.
• Review digital artwork for proper formatting, color matching, and print-readiness.
• Inspect prints for alignment, color accuracy, and consistency; correct issues.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on printers.
• Load transfer films, inks, and materials; monitor inventory and replenishment.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams for efficient workflow.
• Document print settings, color profiles, and project details.
