Job summary

Strategic Factory is seeking an Apparel Decoration Operator to operate and maintain Direct-to-Film heat press equipment, ensuring high-quality branded products. You will set up, prep materials, monitor production, and verify finished items meet standards.

The role requires 2+ years of machine operation experience, familiarity with fabrics and decoration methods, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating machines.
• Familiarity with different fabrics and decoration methods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications, load and unload materials, and adjust settings as needed.
• Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality output, inspect finished products for accuracy and defects, and adjust as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major problems to supervisor for repair.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure correct implementation of designs and coordinate with production teammates to meet deadlines.
