Strategic Factory in Owings Mills, MD is seeking an Apparel Decoration Operator to run Direct-to-Film heat press equipment and produce high-quality branded products. You will set up the machine, prepare materials, monitor the line, and ensure final goods meet standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience operating production machinery, with familiarity in fabrics and decoration methods. The role requires teamwork and a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have 2+ years operating machinery in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Direct-to-Film heat press equipment per specifications.
