L&R Distributors is a private equity owned, high growth company and the leading beauty and cosmetics distributor in the U.S. We work with over 400 strategic suppliers and manage 40,000 SKUs across our distribution centers, offering products in categories such as beauty, cosmetics, trial & travel, toys, school/home office, pet, home essentials, and more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a DTC Site Manager responsible for the strategic direction, daily management, and overall success of our Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce platforms within the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in E-Commerce, data analysis, and user experience, playing a key role in driving sales and improving the customer journey across multiple DTC platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of our DTC E-Commerce websites to ensure a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Lead weekly meetings with brand partners to monitor, track, and communicate project progress and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to effectively present products, promotions, and merchandising strategies online.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy, including descriptions, images, videos, and blogs, to engage customers.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Monitor account health, address issues promptly, and communicate solutions to the team.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the customer experience by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure website security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
  • Analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, including A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
  • Work with external brand teams and the Director of E-Commerce to refine workflows and create streamlined processes with SOP documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in the CPG or DTC industry.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, user experience design, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for enhancing the customer journey.

Salary: $90,000

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Central or Eastern time zone.

Travel: Minimal, based on business needs.
