This position can be based in either Healdsburg, CA or Napa Valley, CA

The DTC Inventory Specialist manages the systematic and physical movement of DTC wine inventory for multiple luxury brands. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy, streamlining processes, and enhancing the consumer delivery experience. Key duties involve identifying cost-saving projects, supporting Winery Estate Teams, managing inventory counts, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Estate, Finance, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Customer Services. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM, ERP, Commerce7, Ship Compliant, SAP, and Wine Shipping systems, and excellent customer service skills. Additional responsibilities include managing order flow issues, conducting business studies, procuring packaging, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience OR High School diploma plus 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills; basic PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in oral and written forms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift and move cases up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience applying procedures to non-routine situations requiring evaluation and ingenuity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for training and meetings.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration plus 5 years of relevant experience OR High School diploma plus 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Wine industry experience with WineShipping, SAP, ShipCompliant & Commerce7 systems.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.

Compensation

  • Hiring Range: $34.52/hr - $51.73/hr
  • Plus incentives!
  • Salary will depend on experience, education, and other factors.
