Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding DSX Energy Engineer for our Santa Clara, CA team. You will link NVIDIA's engineering standards with energy solutions, coordinating with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and partner teams to ensure reliable, scalable AI factory energy.

The role emphasizes mentorship, workshops, and跨-functional collaboration. You will lead energy strategy discussions, evaluate generation and interconnection options, and drive initiatives across on-site generation, storage, microgrids, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or a related technical field
Extensive experience in power generation, transmission, distribution, utility planning, energy project development, large-load interconnection
Knowledge of load-flow, short-circuit, stability, interconnection studies and energy markets
Ability to translate complex topics into clear technical mentorship and presentations

Responsibilities

Build feedback loops with utilities, generation developers, and energy partners to define requirements for DSX roadmaps.
Lead workshops and architecture reviews to evaluate generation and interconnection options against site requirements.
Support DSX energy capabilities including demand response, energy orchestration, and grid services.
Coordinate across DSX engineering, product management, deployment, and policy teams to align technical content with partner needs.
Represent DSX Energy at customer forums and industry workshops; document outcomes and action items.
