Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Personalize customer interactions, model CEL behaviors, respond to requests with urgency, maintain store standards, and complete daily tasks including cleaning and recovery.
  • Achieve Store Goals: Meet KPIs, communicate progress, and understand business trends.
  • Inventory & Omnichannel Activities: Participate in freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and support BOPIS and other omnichannel services.
  • Customer & Team Safety: Ensure a safe environment, address concerns promptly, manage payroll activities, and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Team Support & Engagement: Recognize and coach associates, perform duties as assigned, and foster a fun work environment.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
  • Proficiency with store technology (registers, devices).
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
Experience & Education:
  • Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
