Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience. Maintain in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, responding promptly to customer and associate requests, and achieving store KPIs.
  • Store Standards: Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining store standards, completing daily tasks such as cleaning, recovery, and maintenance.
  • Communication & Planning: Review daily communication, plan, assign tasks, and follow through.
  • Performance & Goals: Meet metric-based goals, understand business trends, and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Inventory & Omnichannel Activities: Participate in inventory activities, assist with in-store omni-channel services like BOPIS, and communicate supply needs.
  • Customer & Staff Safety: Ensure a safe environment, address concerns promptly, assist with payroll activities, and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Team Support & Engagement: Recognize and support team members, train and coach associates, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently with technology and meet time expectations.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
