Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personalize customer experience: Maintain in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, responding promptly to customer and associate requests, and achieving store goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences: Maintain store standards, complete daily tasks such as cleaning and recovery, and respond to feedback with urgency.
  • Monitor store operations: Review communication, assign tasks, and follow through on actions.
  • Achieve business metrics: Meet goals, understand trends, and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Manage inventory and digital services: Participate in freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and omni-channel activities like BOPIS.
  • Prioritize safety and customer service: Ensure a safe environment, address concerns promptly, and manage payroll activities.
  • Support team engagement: Recognize, train, and coach associates, perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to meet time expectations and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in store technology (Register, iPhone, Calculator).
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated pay range is $17.10 to $22.20, with actual pay based on various factors including experience and location. Benefits are not included in this range. This position is eligible for a monthly sales bonus.
