Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are. Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members. Answer questions about products and complete transactions, both in-store and digital.
- Maintain Environment: Ensure a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment. This includes cleaning, organizing merchandise and stockroom, and maintaining standards for clearance and cleanliness.
- Fulfillment: Receive freight, prepare merchandise for sale, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom. Use company tools to locate products and fulfill customer orders.
- Customer Transactions: Handle transactions accurately, operate registers, and partner with the CEL for escalated issues. Follow all asset protection policies.
- Team Participation: Participate in team meetings, training, and support a collaborative, inclusive environment.

- Ability to stand or walk for up to 100% of the time.

Experience:
No previous retail experience required.
