Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Service: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including handling merchandise, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, stock shelves, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools for product searches, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle cash, and escalate issues when needed.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive environment.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with store technology (registers, devices, calculators).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100%, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Experience:

No prior retail experience required.
