Reports to: Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL)
Ensure a positive shopping environment: Maintain cleanliness and safety, including trash removal, floor cleaning, and stockroom organization.
Leverage in-store and digital services: Complete fulfillment processes, locate items, inspect products, and prepare for pickup/delivery.
Customer service and accuracy: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, partner with leadership for escalations, and follow asset protection policies.
Bring energy and teamwork: Participate in meetings, respond to coaching, support inclusivity, and demonstrate teamwork.
