Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
- Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
- Answer questions about products and complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, organizing, and housekeeping duties.
- Receive inbound freight, prepare merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize the stockroom.
- Complete fulfillment functions: locate items, inspect, package, and label for pickup/delivery.
- Use company tools to check product availability and place orders.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including asset protection.
- Handle customer transactions accurately, operate the register, and partner with the CEL for escalations.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.
