The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, executing the company's customer service model, assisting with salesfloor and warehouse duties such as merchandise placement, customer transactions, shipment processing, and store maintenance.
