Job Overview

The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, executing the company's customer service model, assisting with salesfloor and warehouse duties such as merchandise placement, customer transactions, shipment processing, and store maintenance. Store Associates act as brand ambassadors, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from online to in-store, and must adhere to all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized customer service, including greeting customers, identifying needs, and promoting loyalty programs.
2. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
3. Receive and display merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain stockroom organization.
4. Fulfill online orders, locate products, and prepare items for pickup or delivery.
5. Handle customer transactions accurately, operate registers, and follow asset protection policies.
6. Participate in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Availability to meet the business needs.
