Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, promote the loyalty program, and process transactions.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe. Receive freight, stock shelves, and maintain standards.
• Product Fulfillment: Assist with order processing, packaging, and ensuring product readiness.
• Customer Service: Handle transactions accurately, follow policies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support inclusive teamwork.

Required Skills
