Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
- Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
- Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers, including clearing trash, cleaning mirrors, and organizing stockroom.
- Receive inbound freight, prepare merchandise for display, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
- Complete all functions of the fulfillment process, including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling for pickup/delivery.
- Use company tools to check product availability and assist customer orders.
- Follow all asset protection policies.
- Process customer transactions accurately, operate the register, and partner with management for escalations.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training, support inclusivity, and be receptive to feedback.
