Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Service: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, enroll in Loyalty program.
• Maintain Environment: Keep store clean and safe, handle freight, organize stockroom, and perform housekeeping.
• Product Fulfillment: Locate, inspect, package, and prepare merchandise for pickup/delivery.
• Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, operate registers, partner with leadership on escalations, follow asset protection policies.
• Team Engagement: Participate in meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with store technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100%, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
