Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Personalized Customer Experience: Greet every customer helpfully, read cues, match needs, and provide excellent service. Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members. Answer questions about products and complete transactions in-store or digitally.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Keep the store neat, clean, and safe. This includes clearing trash, maintaining the sales floor and stockroom, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks.
- Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and place merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom per DSW standards.
- In-Store and Digital Services: Fulfill customer orders, locate items, inspect products, and ensure readiness for pickup/delivery. Use company tools to check product availability and perform other duties as assigned.
- Customer Transactions: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and partner with the CEL for escalated issues. Follow asset protection policies.
- Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.
