Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, promote the loyalty program, and complete transactions.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store neat, clean, and safe; handle freight, organize stockroom, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, locate products, and use company tools like iPhone and register systems.
• Customer First: Handle transactions accurately, partner with leadership for escalations, follow asset protection policies.
• Bring Energy and Fun: Participate in team meetings, be receptive to feedback, and support inclusivity.
